Good Grant Fundraising

The Good Grant Writing web site provides hundreds of useful new ideas and tools for trust fundraisers. These come from: sharing unusual practice; insights from grant makers; and applying techniques and discoveries that come from dozens of related fields of work.

The site is designed to assist and challenge experienced fundraisers. It is only for people with at least three years’ experience of trust fundraising.

Recent additions

28.05.22 – I compared the diametrically opposed, yet successful, approaches that two very similar charities took to proposal writing.

25.05.22 – I integrated market research into attitudes towards success, spending and personal discipline of potential founders of trusts.

18.05.22 – I integrated Kouzes and Posner’s ideas about leadership-style influence by people without formal leadership roles.
